Amarjeet has worked since 1993 for various Insurers in their sales departments. She started as a broker in 2003 after completing her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license in the Private Client Services Department of a large International Broker. She joined Brokers Trust Insurance in 2007 as an Account Executive. She is currently completing her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.

After graduating from college, Andy successfully completed both his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) and Life Insurance license. Starting his Career as a producer with Goldstar Insurance Brokers over 15 years ago, Andy gained valuable experience before joining Brokers Trust Insurance in 2002. Andy concentrates primarily on mid to large commercial accounts.

Armando received his insurance broker’s license in 1983, immediately opening his own brokerage with the guidance of his father, who had been in the business since 1951. Later, after working as an Account Executive with a local Vaughan broker in 1996, Armando decided to join Brokers Trust Insurance in 2003. His years of experience have added great value, both to Brokers Trust and to his client base.

Carlo started his insurance career in 2001 with a brokerage in Mississauga after successfully acquiring his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license. He has worked as both an Account Manager and new sales Producer. He joined Brokers Trust insurance in 2007 and continues to provide his clients with exceptional service.

After graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Dave decided to start a career in the insurance industry. He only recently joined Brokers Trust Insurance after successfully acquiring his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license in November of 2007. David has also completed his Chartered Insurance Professionals (CIP) designation.

Domenic started his insurance career in 1979 with Aloi Brothers Insurance Brokers, where he worked for 2 years. In 1981, he decided to branch off on his own, opening his own insurance brokerage: Carousal Insurance Brokers. Domenic has been a long-standing part of the Brokers Trust team, joining our office in 1990.

After graduating with a business degree from Durham College, Drib started his insurance career as a Life Insurance agent in 1976 with Sunlife Financial. After showing interest in the Property and Casualty side of the business, Drib became an Insurance Broker in 1988 successfully achieving his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license with Jaguar Insurance. In 1999, Drib joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team, and continues to prosper as an Account Executive.

Starting his career in the insurance industry in 1991, Gabe successfully acquired his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license in February of 1991. In 1997, Gabe furthered himself by successfully completing his Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers (CAIB) designation. He is a dually licensed broker, as he also holds a Life Insurance license, allowing Gabe to provide a full scope of insurance products to all of his clients. Gabe joined Brokers Trsut Insurance in 2007.

After graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering, Gino decided to start a career in the insurance industry in 1986, when he was successful at acquiring his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license. He started with a local Vaughan Broker, moving to an International Broker in 1995, where he successfully completed the Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers (CAIB) designation. Gino joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team in June of 2007, and is continuously strives to provide excellence in service and insurance solutions.

Guido started his career in the industry as an insurance agent for London Life in 1980. In April of 1981 he successfully obtained his general insurance broker licence, servicing both personal and commercial insurance accounts. When Guido joined Brokers Trust Insurance in 2004, he owned and operated his own insurance brokerage. Since joining the team, Guido has chosen to continue as an Account Executive, allowing him to fully concentrate on his clients and their needs.

Harry began his insurance career after successfully achieving his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license in 1989. Working as an Account executive for 3 years, Harry then became Principal of Star Insurance Brokers Inc. in 1992. 13 years later we are proud to say Harry decided to join the Brokers Trust Insurance team.

Working in a factory after migrating to Canada in 1989, Jake furthered himself by making a leap into the insurance industry in 1993. Working at a family brokerage as an office assistant, Jake developed the knowledge required to become a Broker, and successfully achieved his Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) license in 1994. Once licensed, Jake worked as an Account Manager, a Sales Representative, and finally was given the position of Sales Manager where he would thrive for 5 years. Jake is a recent addition to the Brokers Trust Insurance team in 2008.

Starting his Insurance career on the broker side of the industry in June 1991, Joe worked for Prominent Insurance Group Inc. Following his term with Prominent Insurance, Joe joined another local Vaughan Broker where he spent 10 years as an Account Executive. In January of 2004, he decided to join Brokers Trust Insurance, bringing his experience and knowledge.

Following his initial career in politics, Joseph became an Insurance Broker in 2005 after successfully completing his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license at the top in his class. Joseph has continued to excel in his development as an Account Executive, taking a special interest in the realty and manufacturing industry. He has managed to create strong ties with Landlord and Condominium organizations industry wide. Joseph has developed a passion for providing excellent customer service and has completed his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.

Lori began her career in Business Development with her family's Insurance Brokerage in 1989. Expanding her career, Lori branched out into marketing, networking with Insurance Companies, arranging Specialty Insurance Contracts, and producing her own book of Commercial accounts; eventually working her way up to Vice President and Partner. In 2002, when the business was sold, Lori decided to pursue the sales side of the business, which she enjoyed the most. Lori recently joined Brokers Trust Insurance Group to continue producing an ever expanding book of business. Lori is also dually licensed and can provide her clients with every aspect of Insurance.

Lucy originally chose to enter a career in sales which provided her with 15 valuable years of experience. In 2003, she decided to enter the insurance industry, successfully acquiring her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license in December of that year. Lucy joined Brokers Trust Insurance in January of 2004, where her sales experience has proven greatly advantageous in jump-starting her career. She concentrates mainly in wholesale, distribution and manufacturing accounts.

Mario started his insurance career with us in 1980 as a Registered Insurance Broker. He took a break from the insurance industry from 1994 to 2000 in order to represent Etobicoke centre as a Councilor at the City of Toronto. Mario has rejoined Brokers Trust Insurance and concentrates on providing client service as an Account Executive.

Marlene began her insurance career as an Account Manager at an insurance brokerage in Oakville. Furthering her career, in 1981 Marlene became a commercial insurance producer, eventually working her way up to Vice President of Commercial Lines. In 1989 she opened her own brokerage specializing in commercial insurance, which grew into a very successful brokerage. After a rewarding and self-fulfilling career, Marlene made the difficult choice to sell her brokerage in 2002. Having grown tired of semi-retirement, she returned to the insurance industry in 2007, joining the Brokers Trust Insurance team, happy to be back doing what she loves.

Mandeep started her insurance career in 2004 at Toronto Victoria Financial Services, where she completed her LLQP, as well as the CLU and RHU. In 2007, in order to offer her clients a full spectrum of services, Mandeep successfully passed her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license, joining the Brokers Trust Insurance team in 2008. Currently she is completing her Certified Financial Planners (CFP) and Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers (CAIB) designations.

Paul started his career as an Account Executive with Jonathan Matthews Insurance in January of 1994. Continuing as an Account Executive with various insurers, Paul decided to open his own branch office with Surnet Insurance in 2000. In 2006, Paul joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team, and brings with him a wealth of experience and Knowledge.

Richard graduated from Trent University in 1998, starting his career in the insurance industry with the Aviva Insurance Company. In 2000, Richard made the jump to the broker side of the business joining the Brokers Trust Insurance team, where he assumed the role of Account Executive. Richard is also nearing completion of his Chartered Insurance professional (CIP) designation.

Sam started his insurance career in 1972 with a family brokerage in the east end of Toronto. Sam branched out and started his own firm in 1982 and later merged with a local Vaughan Brokerage. In April of 2005 Sam Joined Brokers Trust Insurance as an Account Executive .

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, Sam decided to get his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license, starting his career as an insurance broker in 1998. In 2001, Sam joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team.

After graduating from York University with a business degree, Steve received his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license in 2004 when he joined a local Markham broker. Steve joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team later that year and has assumed the roles of Commercial Marketer and Commercial Account Manager. Steve is currently working as an Account Executive.

Val has been in the insurance industry since 1986, starting his career with John F Smith Insurance. In 1997 Val had joined an International Broker as an Account Manager. Along with his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario level 1 license, Val has completed the technical portion of the level 2 license. Val joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team in 2007 where he continues to provide professional insurance solutions to his client base.

Veronica started her insurance career in 1988 with Brown Pineo as a registered insurance broker, as well as providing accounting Support. In 1990 she joined her husband at Harrison Chamak until the merger with Brokers Trust insurance in 1991. Currently she continues to service her clientele as both an Account Executive and Account Manager.

Starting his insurance career in 1986 with the Halifax Insurance Company in the Underwriting Department, David decided to make the jump to the broker side 5 years later. In 1991 he began his career as an insurance broker with John H. Feeley Ltd. In 2002, David joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team assuming the role of General Manager. For the past 6 years, he has been providing the necessary leadership that has allowed Brokers Trust Insurance to enjoy steady growth while striving for excellence in customer service. Further to his experience in the industry, David has successfully completed his Certificate in Risk Management (CRM), Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation and is a Commissioner of Oaths.

Lucy joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team over 10 years ago, and has been an integral part in the management of our organization. With a college degree and over 15 years of experience in office administration, Lucy continues to ensure the office runs smoothly with the day-to-day needs of employees and Account Executives.

John Fil has been a part of the Brokers Trust Insurance team since 1992, currently sitting as our Commercial Lines Manager. John holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto, as well as a Certificate in Risk Management (CRM) and the Fellowship of Chartered Insurance Professionals (FCIP). He has extensive experience in reviewing, designing and negotiating insurance for a wide variety of businesses across a broad spectrum of industries. In addition to his work as a broker, John has been an instructor at the Insurance Institute of Ontario.

Starting his career with the Brokers Trust Insurance team in 1991, Dan has grown into the role of Commercial Insurance Marketing Manager with over 16 years of experience. Just recently Dan rejoined the Brokers Trust Insurance team after working in the Toronto office of an International Brokerage for 3 years, gaining valuable experience and knowledge of the industry. He now leads our mid sized and large commercial accounts practice, proving to be a valuable resource to the Producers and Account Managers alike.

Olga has been a licensed insurance broker for over 25 years and has extensive experience dealing with all lines of commercial insurance. She holds the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada. In addition to her current role as an Account Manager, she is also the Brokers Trust Insurance team’s in-house specialist for all Surety and Bonding requirements. She holds Attorney-in-Fact authority which allows Olga to provide bonds with these leading surety underwriters directly from our office at a moments notice in most cases.

Garry has been in the insurance industry since 1986, starting his career with an insurance company and then making his move to the brokerage side in 1989. In 1996, he became a partner in a very successful brokerage that specialized in commercial insurance, handling everything from retail operations to specialized manufacturing to trucking. After selling the insurance brokerage in 2004, Garry ventured from the industry until 2008 and then joined the Brokers Trust team in 2009.

After a 13 year career on the Company level with Fireman’s Fund Insurance, Mary joined the broker side of the industry in 1990 as an office administrator and Bookkeeper. In 1999 Mary successfully obtained her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license and began working as a personal lines account manager. In 1999, Mary joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team in the merger with Norwood Insurance, where she worked her way up the position of Personal Insurance Team Leader. In 2005, she successfully completed her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, making the career change into the commercial lines department as an Account Manager.

Belinda started her insurance career in 2001 for Kirby Brock Insurance Brokers. She joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team in 2004 in the commercial lines department. Belinda provides service for commercial property and auto accounts, as well as underwriting and marketing. Belinda's dedication and attention to detail will insure your account will be handled in a professional manner.

In 1976 Pina started her career in the industry with Marsh McLennan. In 1988, she joined the Brokers Trust Insurance Personal Lines Department, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge. Pina currently holds the Personal Lines Team Leader position, overseeing all personal lines activity. Her experience and knowledge of the industry has proved to be a great asset to our company. Pina also holds the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker Certification (CAIB).

Peter joined the insurance industry when he successfully acquired his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license in 2001. After 3 years in the business, Peter decided to join the Brokers Trust Insurance team, where he has moved up the ranks now sitting as Personal Lines Account Manager. Further to his work experience, Peter is nearing the completion of his Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers (CAIB) designation.

After graduating from York University, Ron started his insurance career in 1978 with Allstate in the underwriting department. After 13 years, Ron decided to make the switch to the broker side, and joined Kirby Brock Insurance Brokers Ltd. in 1991. With the merger of Brokers Trust Insurance and Kirby Brock in 2004, Ron has become an integral part of our customer service department to this day.

Marcie Cestra started her insurance career in 1995 and is one of the Brokers Trust Insurance team’s longest standing employees. She successfully acquired her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license in 1996, and successfully completed her Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers (CAIB) designation 3 years later.

Nikki started her insurance career in 1987, working in a claims department on the company side of the industry. In 1989 she became a licensed broker, joining the Brokers Trust Insurance team in 1992. Nikki is Personal Lines Account Manager, handling all aspects of personal lines underwriting and insurance inquiries. In 1999 Nikki successfully acquired the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.

Starting her career on the company side with Wawanesa Insurance Company in 1975, Fatima transferred over to the broker side in 1977 with Saxton, Ferguson and Anderson Insurance, where she successfully completed her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license. In 2004, Fatima joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team, where her experience has proven to be a great asset. Fatima as also successfully completed her Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers (CAIB) designation.

Cristina started her insurance career after college. She joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team in 2003 as receptionist, quickly making the jump to Technical Service Representative. In May 2006, she successfully acquired her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license, and became a Junior Account Manager. Cristina has currently been promoted to Account Manager, and is in the processes of completing her Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers (CAIB) designation.

Linda started as part-time receptionist/clerical worker for a Toronto Insurance Brokerage in 1978. In 1983 she was successful in receiving her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license, and began working full-time as an intermediate customer service representative, eventually achieving the position of Unit Leader. In 2006 Linda joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team as a Personal Lines Account Manager.

As a more recent addition to the Brokers Trust team, Mary started in the industry 4 years ago as an administration assistant at Strategic Benefits for the Life and Employment Benefits department. In June of 2007, Mary joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team as the receptionist where she worked at and successfully completed her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license. After being licensed Mary was promoted, joining the personal lines department as a Junior Account Manager.

Chris started his insurance career in 2006 with Meloche Monnex Insurance Company, where he successfully completed his Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license. Chris recently joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team in October of 2008, and is working in the personal lines department as a Junior Account Manager.

After a 20 year career as a legal assistant in Litigation/Real Estate law, Nella made the jump to the insurance industry joining Brokers Trust Insurance in 2004. Nella has moved from reception to Technical Service Representative in 2007. In July 2008 Nella’s determination paid off as she successfully completed her RIBO License and has currently been promoted to Junior Account Manager.

Todd began his career in the financial sector in 1993 with Laurentian Bank. In 1995, Todd made the decision to switch over to the brokerage side so that he was able to offer his client's a full range of Life and Financial products. In January 2007 Todd joined Brokers Trust Insurance as a managing partner, where he became the head of the Brokers Trust Insurance Life division. Todd is currently completing his Certified Financial Planners (CFP) designation.

Lori has over 12 years of experience in Employee Group Benefits as both a Benefits Administrator on the company side, as well as Benefits Plan Designer and Servicer on the brokerage side. Lori also ran a large (over 800 employee) National IT Benefit Call Center, which has given her the unique understanding of the needs for both companies and clients. She joined the Brokers Trust Life Insurance team in May of 2007, and has been an integral part in the expansion of our life insurance division.

From a career starting in the accounting profession, Nives joined the Insurance Industry in 1982 with Crown Life Insurance. As an agent, Nives decided to specialize in Life Insurance products, transferring to the broker side in 1994 with Norwood Insurance Group. In 1999, Nives joined the Brokers Trust Insurance team as part of a merger, and continues to specialize in Personal Life and Disability products.
